About Me

I was told my labs were normal—but my body didn’t feel that way.

I struggled with stiffness, fatigue, low energy, and vertigo from a young age, even though my lab results were always “normal.” I believed this was just how my body was built. When my symptoms worsened during peri-menopause, I realized I needed to look deeper. I tried different diets, supplements, and alternative approaches, searching for real answers.

In 2017, I discovered hydrogen water from Japan. Its gentle, targeted support became part of my daily routine and sparked my deeper interest in how the body heals. Through my training in integrative health and functional medicine, everything began to make sense. My symptoms weren’t a disease, but signs of underlying imbalances—often related to silent inflammation, nutrient depletion, and stress on the body. Hydrogen water worked especially well for me because of its ability to support the body in managing chronic inflammation.

Today, at age 55, I’m not on any medications and feel healthier than I did years ago.
I feel in control of my health and confident that I have the resources when challenges arise.

That's why I encourage people to listen to their bodies, notice patterns, and trust their own awareness—because no one knows your body better than you do.

I’m here to help you notice those patterns more clearly.
